How we work

Five clear steps, three ways to pay, and honest timelines, so you know what you get and when.

Our five steps

Every project goes through Discover, Design, Build, Launch and Support. We agree the scope and price before we start. We build in one or two week sprints, show you a live demo each week and test before every release.

Discover. A free call about your goals, then a written quote within 24 hours of the call.
Design. Page layouts, screens and the technical plan. You approve them before we build.
Build. Weekly demos, a shared task board and code in a repository you can see.
Launch. Final testing, speed and security checks, going live, and training for your team.
Support. We fix defects after launch for a warranty period set in your quote. After that you can add a care plan or keep building.

Three ways to work with us

Fixed price

Best when the scope is clear, such as a website, a shop or a first version. You get a fixed price and pay in stages. Any change to the scope is priced and agreed with you first.

Dedicated team

Best for building a product over time. Developers, a tester and a lead work only on your product. You pay monthly and can add or remove people with one month's notice.

Monthly retainer

Best for maintenance, small improvements and HubSpot admin. You buy a set number of hours each month and see how they are used.

What you can count on

Weekly demos

Every week you see working software, not status slides. You can change direction early, when changes are cheap.

You own the code

Once you have paid, the source code, designs and accounts are yours. If you prefer, we work in your own repositories from day one.

One project lead

One named person answers your messages, runs the demos and is responsible for delivery.

NDA on request

Ask for an NDA and we sign it before you share anything sensitive.

Calls in your working day

We agree call times that suit your time zone.
