Project work is agreed separately
Any project, retainer or maintenance work is covered only by a written proposal, statement of work or agreement that both sides have signed or accepted. If it differs from these terms, that document wins. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless they say otherwise. Work starts after you accept the quote and pay any agreed first payment. Prices are in USD and do not include taxes unless the quote says so.
Intellectual property
The design, text, graphics, logo and code of this website belong to Shreem Labs unless stated otherwise. Please do not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission. Who owns the work we deliver to clients is set out in each client agreement.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the site. That means no trying to break or probe its security, overload it, add harmful code, scrape it in a way that harms it, or send unlawful, misleading or abusive content through our forms.
What you send us
Please do not send confidential information through the contact form. If you need an NDA, tick the NDA box or ask, and we will sign one before you share anything sensitive. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

Disclaimer and liability
